This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Erin Moore who was born in New York on May 11, 1979 and passed away on September 9, 2006 at the age of 27. Erin passed away at Forest Hills Hospital at approximately 11:20 a.m., surrounded by her parents, aunt, cousin Laurie, and friends Tracey, Meghan and Keri.
Erin is survived by her parents Toni and Rod, sister Kelly, brother-in-law Patrick, and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Erin was eagerly anticipating the birth of her niece, and spoke about it daily. We will all cherish our memories of Erin forever, and never forget the light and joy she brought into all of our lives.

The Following Message Was on the Prayer Card at Erin's Wake
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun Of happy memories that I leave When life is done.
